About

Nautical your Normal Teacher

Nautical your Normal Teacher is a play on words for NOT your normal teacher. This blog is not your normal teacher blog but also incorporates budget friendly activities, ideas and outfits! Everything is teacher friendly but also is helpful to those looking to get creative with some DIY projects! The Nautical reference stems from the pure fact that I am obsessed with all things nautical, especially anchors! This is also a theme that is seen over and over again on the blog!

About Me

My name is Meagan and I have just recently graduated from a small Liberal Arts school out in Ohio where I received my BA in Early Childhood Education. I am however currently living back in New Hampshire where I grew up. I will be teaching Kindergarten this upcoming school year and couldn't be more excited! I have a small Obsession with Nautical things stemming from my childhood in New England, my boating instructor experience and my lovely four years as a member of Delta Gamma Fraternity where one of our symbols is the anchor. I love children and anything crafty. I love DIY projects and shopping! I am a master at finding a bargain and love experimenting with food! In addition to all of my interests and obsessions I also LOVE documenting everything, which is another great reason for this blog! I am the picture queen, picture fanatic, whatever you want to call it,  (I am always the friend with the camera) but I love taking pictures and am secretly a wannabe photographer.
